I was given this watch as a gift and it was absolutely perfect in all aspects, from the "tone" of the gold, face, size, etc. To elaborate on the tone of the gold, it's not gaudy in the slightest. I'm more partial to platinum and silver tone accessories, but since I bought a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses that have a touch of gold accents on them, I knew this watch and my sunglasses would be a match made in heaven. I was right.

The description for the MK 5160 states that it's a mid-sized watch. I beg to differ...but then again, I'm a petite person and have TINY wrists so I consider this watch to be on the "larger" side. It's NOT dainty by any means and honestly, I would NOT want it to be any larger, especially due to the gold tone. There are boundaries when it comes to gold and it's very easy for it to look cheesy, so it's best to keep other accessories to a minimum and allow this watch to speak for itself. By the way, just took a ruler to my watch because I was curious myself, and the face is 1.49 inches across, so your idea and my perception of size may differ greatly. :o)

The date just (using Rolex verbiage) for this watch became more convenient than I had anticipated. I'm notorious for never knowing the date so the date just feature actually saves me time from digging through my purse, looking for my cell phone, and you know the rest!

I've had this watch for 3 days and have worn it once (to work) and the gold tone is already wearing off of multiple links of the bracelet. Granted, I know it's just a stainless steel piece covered in fake gold, but for almost $200 I'd expect it to at least look nice and get me through a season or two. But now many of the links are scratched and even worn through to the steel, so it looks like it's got grey spots all over it. And I am NOT rough on my watches - I can only assume it's worn off where it's made contact with my desk while I type. It looks absolutely terrible and I'm too embarrassed to even wear it for a second time. I'm returning it. It is a cute watch, but at this price point, the extremely poor quality is inexcusable.

This watch is amazing! It's kind of big and chunky so be warned but that's what I love about it!!!!

Really nice oversized watch. Wife has had lots of compliments on it (aka Watch Envy). The only thing to note is that becuase it is so big, the band is not as "adjustable" as a smaller watch. The only sixzing adjustment is to remove links and they can make the watch too big or too small. Overall nice looking and very happy with it.

This is a pretty heavy and thick watch. For those of us reaching a certain age, the crystal is a super magnifier of the numbers and watch hands. It's very easy to read from just about any distance.

The best part of this watch, the interchangeable bands: black, coffee, pink, white, and turquoise. The bands are all shiny leather and have a bit of a metal flake look to them, not unlike a deep automotive finish. No tools are required to change the bands, there is a small metal bump on the band, push it inward, the band pin retracts from the hole in the watch, and, boom, the band is released. It takes two minutes to change bands. Of course moving that pin requires some strong fingernails, but it does move. Sweet design.

This is a practical watch. Style is retro, and a bit unusual. The watch is just over one half inch thick, fairly thick for a woman's watch. One inch wide and almost two inches long, the watch is about average size. The face is a nice mother of pearl. The numbers are well machined and attached to the top of the mother of pearl face (they are not inlaid as with a lot of watches). There is no date. This is a simple time keeper with a sweep second hand.

The watch is electric and water resistant to one hundred feet.

If you can find this watch available, it is a beauty.

I received this watch today after quite a bit of indecision to buy a watch I had not physically seen. It's simple and attractive. The band colors are more attractive in person and the face is very magnified and easy to read. The face is just plain white and a little more plain than i expected being mother of pearl. Please be aware the bands are very thick, long and very stiff. Not comfortable to wear out of the box! I have 6 1/2 in wrists and unless you wear the watch very snug it flips over because of the weight. I also have quite a bit of extra band as I need to wear it on the third hole. I have read that the bands can be softened with leather softener. I love the watch bands and the fact you can actually read this watch to tell time. So I think I will keep it and hope they get softer and more comfy with wear.

Note - invicta has one common thing with all watches - THEY ARE BIG! but this watch is smaller by invicta standards - but not by much. an outstanding buy. my wife loves the easy, interchangeable bands - it always looks like she is wearing a new watch! shop nbc sells extra bands for this model - in case you need more. sometimes this model is cheaper on that site as well. so make sure you check them out before buying. again - great watch!!

I've been in the market for a top quality Swiss made self winding watch for over a year, it was to be a gift for my 40th. I always wanted the kind of watch that could be a collectors item in years to come and after doing some research on Tissot I found that they had a strong history of making fine watches that indeed had the potential to not only be a beautiful time peace for me to enjoy for the rest of my life but something that I could even pass down to family when I shuffle of this mortal coil?

My wife bought the watch through Amazon and there service was fantastic she was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase on line but Amazons tracking service alone with a delivery time and date promise witch they lived up to made going through Amazon the right choice!

The watch itself is beautiful, my first impression was the packaging. It come in its own case mounted on a pillow with detailed instructions and a small book on the history of the company. When you take the watch out of its case the first thing you notice is the weight, you know your holding a quality piece of hand made machinery!! The finish of the watch is superb the polished steel band is a peace of jewelry with in itself and the clasp on the band has a very smooth action and is sturdy enough to make you feel confidant that it wont fall open by mistake.

The crystal sapphire face has a perfect finish and the back of the watch is equally impressed with a view of the inside mechanism. It has a beautiful sweeping action and the stop watch function is easy and floor-less to use!! It is a large watch as I said you know when its on your wrist because of the weight and size of it but its exactly what I wanted. Being a tall person I wanted something that didn't look small on me.

I don't usually ware the watch when I'm out jogging but with its sporty appearance and being waterproof you could easily do so with out it looking out of place, so you can dress up with it or wear it on you next outdoor adventure either way it will look right at home!!

I've only had the watch for 2 months but I've had plenty of comments about it from friends and family and other watch admirers. What more can I say I love the watch and I couldn't be happier with it and would recommend it to anybody who was in the market for a Swiss made time peace.

Tissot is extremely accurate! My watch is extremely accurate - gains less than a second a day out of the box (after 15 or so days of breaking in period) which is very rare for automatic watches (usual is 5-7 seconds off out of the box)!
Make sure to try it on prior to buying; watch is very heavy. Took me a few days to get used to it.

Wow! I own several G-SHOCK watches and this one beats em all! Great looking watch, numbers are easy to read and I honestly prefer it over my more expensive dress watches. Worth the $100 or so for sure!

IT's not recommended for everyday use because the band gets dirty and the end of the band gotten a bit discolored. This watch is POLISHED with some kind of clear design on the band, looks great and unique, a bit pricy for 6900 model but it's alright.cool to wear and looks really good.

Tissot Men's T0484172705703 T-Race Quartz Yellow Strap Chronograph Dial Watch

I have 4 Tissot watches and this is the first time that I get a watch with a problem!!!... the watch arrived to my home without the special fastening screw that holds the yellow ruber belt with the black color part of the case (you can see the screw on the pictures).
After reading some articles in the internet, I found that this fastening screw problem is common on this version of Tissot watch.
I had to contact Tissot in US to buy the part and after over 2 months I still can't use my watch because I haven't got the replacement spare part.

Saw this watch 2 years ago at the Ritz Carlton display case in Jamaica! I guess they liked this watch cause it was the Jamaican flag colors. Then 2 months ago I went to vegas and the guy sitting beside me had on this watch and I stared at it the whole time until we landed. So I said to myself, I gotta get this watch. I checked out the prices all over and finally came across Amazon who had the best price hands down on this watch. The closest was at least $100 more + taxes and shipping. Got the watch yesterday, it was Beautiful, heavy, well built, everything I had expected! I'm wearing it now and I absolutely love it! Would definitely recommend it!!

Invicta Men's 5249S Pro Diver Stainless Steel Silver Dial Watch

Just received this watch today. This is my second Invicta Pro Diver. I cannot believe the price for such a handsome watch. It's a Swiss quartz, not Japanese.
My other Invicta Pro Diver is a 40MM Swiss quartz, this new watch is a 45MM and it looks a bit large for my wrist. I will need to think about the size for a day or two before I get it sized but the styling is perfect for any occasion, formal to causal.
If I decide not to keep it due to the size I will definitely gift this watch to someone.
For now I would hate to let it go. If this watch was made in a 40MM I would be wearing it now with no reservations.
The MSRP tag on the watch is listed as $325.00. I showed the tag to my sister who is not afraid to spend top dollar on jewelry and she actually believed that I paid around $325.00 for this watch.
You need to get this one before they raise the price or it's gone.

I had previously owned the Invicta Pro Diver automatic watch and really loved it. Went surfing and swimming with it all the time and had no issues. Unfortunately the mineral crystal broke by freak accident. So, I went looking for another Invicta as I thought the quality was good.

Really like the looks of this watch, wasn't too heavy and the silver dial was nice to look at. One of my main reasons for buying this watch as I am into water sports and needed a diver watch that can handle submersion. Well, only wore this watch in the swimming pool and the dial fogged up (pool was maybe 8' deep!). They should remove the "Pro Diver" from the description as this is pretty misleading. Should just be sold as a basic water resistant watch. I am happy, though, that Amazon processed my refund quickly, now on to find a real diver's watch!

If you like this watch it is nice, just don't wear it in the water!

The watch looks great, and it was a terrific price. Unfortunately, the watch can't keep time. The seconds hand periodically gets stuck. I checked with Invicta, and they said I have pay $28 for shipping and handling fees to get the watch fixed. That's more than half the price I paid for the watch. Thinking I'll use that money on a better quality watch.

I purchased my Tissot PRC 200 last fall and it's beautiful! But, it always ran about 2 or 3 minutes slow each week. I called Tissot (Swatch Group USA) and they said send it in for repair since it was still under warranty. But when they received it they notified me that they do not offer a warranty for watches purchased on the internet and adjusting my watch would be a full service charge of $200. Bought this watch from Amazon.com aftering seeing that one of my friends had bought one here a few days ago. I was never one to really get into all black watches but after getting this one I have changed my mind !

The look watch of the watch blew me away,(nice lines and finish ) it may not be heavy like some but the feel of this watch is so great on the wrist. I found the quality to be A1 and what I think Invicta is great for is that the hands store light so well that the glow could almost light up a runway to land aircraft by at night ! very impressive all my Invicta's work this well.....

So if you looking for a value for money, great eye turning watch and a watch you can read in a dark room or at night in general this is your watch. I'm very much thinking of now getting this in the Silver as well ! Also credit to Amazon.com ordered the watch from the US on a Sunday ( Australian time ) and by Thursday mid afternoon of that next week it was delivered to my work address in Sydney,Australia all intact. I read on here where someone said if you have a small wrist don't buy it....they provide the measurements of the case with the description that's not the fault of the maker or the watch itself....that would be owners discretion. Yes these are big watches but beautiful black shiny stainles steel band just gives this watch notice. Heavy watch but not overly weighted whatsoever you can tell when you hold it ans wear it it's very well made. I got this on ebay from a verified authorized dealer for only $65 just fantastic!

My watch came well packaged, both from Invicta and from Amazon. No doubt about it, it's big. But I like it. My only complaint is that the crystal scratches pretty easily. I already have two scratches in it, and took it to a jewelry shop to buff them out. They are less noticeable, but not gone. The face is easy to read, the tritnite works well, all night long. I bought it for the look as well as the bottom dial that I have set to GMT, since I'm a pilot. If you like big watches, then this one might be up your alley.

R you looking for Invicta Men’s 6002 Pilot Collection Stainless Steel Black Leather Chronograph Watch?

When I first saw the beautiful photos and fine detail of the Invicta watch, I was hooked. I then saw the fantastic discount over list, I decided to order the watch.

While this watch doesn’t use Swiss parts – they’re Japanese – that didn’t bother me, as I have owned other Japanese watches and had excellent results.

Upon receiving the box, I was very impressed with the beautiful yellow leather case holding the watch. When I put it on my wrist, I noticed that the watch was the heaviest wrist watch I had ever owned.

I noticed immediately that the watch was not keeping accurate time, losing several minutes a day. I also use the chronograph function routinely to measure timing of processes. The second time I used the stopwatch, the sweep second hand failed to line up with zero when reset. If it stayed off by the same amount, I may have been able to live with it. However, the problem kept getting worse.

I finally sent it back for a refund. Once again, the moral is to avoid falling for a pretty box.

Bought this as a gift and was very happy with the quality of the product. The functions are useful and all of the dials are easy to read. Was a bit concerned it might look gaudy. Just the opposite – it is really a striking watch.

Tissot Men’s T52142113 T-Classic Desire Leather Watch Reviews

I bought this Tissot to fill a need for a “classic” dress watch lacking in my collection. It certainly fits the bill according to my definition: it’s small, thin, has a black strap, simple dial, Roman numerals. Overall, very elegant and unassuming. Like another reviewer has stated, the styling is somewhat reminescent of the iconic Patek Philippe Calavatra, a $20,000+ watch. The watch is so far extremely accurate (it is dead on after a week, determined by setting the watch and referring back to http://www.time.gov). The case looks nicely finished. The packaging is very impressive: thick heavy box, hidden compartments, couple of small Tissot books.

A few complaints… The second-hand is noticably out of alignment with the indices on the dial; an annoying “defect” that is unfortunately common with quartz watches. I also don’t like the plasticky look and feel of the faux crocodile strap. I’ve owned genuine croc straps before, so I know how they look and feel. The strap is also a little too thick and beefy for such a thin low profile watch. Also, the buckle has the “TISSOT” logo printed on it, which makes it look cheap. It would be more elegant if the logo was embossed. I wound up removing the logo with a Q-tip dipped in acetone (i.e. nail polish remover); wipes right off. Nonetheless, I replaced the cheap strap with a thin, black genuine lizard skin strap ($30) with no stitching. The watch now looks even more classy and elegant and is more comfortable to wear as well.

Nonetheless, I still recommend this watch despite these shortcomings. It is a relatively good value for a Swiss-made dress watch. A poor-man’s Patek.

i really love this watch. it seems perfect to me. the only concern i have is if it makes noise.. ive had some cheap quartz watches and most of them tick like crazy. i cant stand that. could you let me know if this one ticks? and makes noise? would really apreciate it

brought this watch 3 days ago. I was planning on buying another Michael Kors watch since I loved the first one my boyfriend got me. At first I wasnt planning on buying this particular watch but the design and everything else captivated me to it.

1.I have small wrists, and the watch looks fairly big on my wrists but it doesnt look bad at all.
2. The diamonds on it arent too big or too small.
3. Its fairly heavy.
4. The only feature I wish it had was the date which the other michael kors watch I had told me
5. Perfect.

I receive so many compliments from it everyday.

I’ve had this watch since May, and I love the look and feel of it. However, a couple weeks ago two of the small crystals fell out around the outside of the watch, then last week consdensation starting forming on the inside! Granted, it was hot and humid where I was, but I never wore it in the pool or anything like that (even though it’s supposed to be water resistant anyways). For the price of this watch, it should really last longer than a couple months. Dissappointing.

About a half a year ago, I saw someone wearing a watch and fell in love. I coveted that watch for the past 6 months and hinted incessantly to my husband that he should get it for me for every hallmark holiday I could think of. A few weeks ago, while exchanging something at Macy’s for him, I looked around to see if the watch was there and it was. I tried it on and was convinced that that was the one I wanted…no question in my mind. But while sitting at my computer one day, I thought to check the price on Amazon and found it was much better. I anxiously awaited my birthday in July hoping perhaps I’d finally get it. I did check Amazon to make certain there weren’t any other watches I liked better…although I did save a couple others to my cart, I wasn’t sold on them and was certain I’d stick with my original love. I came across this one (MK5165) but wasn’t impressed and didn’t bother to save it. In the meantime, the hubby had a gift card to Macy’s and was kind enough to send me to Macy’s to find my watch for my birthday. I immediately went to the counter that contained the one I’d wanted since last year but thought to look for the others I’d seen on Amazon. When I saw the MK5165 in person, I had to stop. I was no longer convinced about the other one. I tried both on and found the other one looked slightly juvenile whereas the MK5165 looked more sophisticated. I feared I would tire of the one I’d originally wanted but the Michael Kors seemed more timeless. A passerby stopped and asked if I needed an opinion and I accepted. He felt the same as I did…the Kors was the way to go. And so I went with this watch (the MK5165) and I am ecstatic over my purchase. It’s the perfect size and has just the right amount of bling. I have tiny wrists but I’m tall so I feel it suits me well. If I hadn’t had the gift card, I would have totally gotten it from Amazon…they consistently offer the best prices around!

Positives: The band is really comfortable and stylish. The face is absolutely gorgeous and changes from blue to purple to silver depending on the light. It is good for casual wear, but also looks great with a shirt and tie. The small day, month, and date dials are really convenient.

Negatives: I can see the small dials just fine, but anyone who is farsighted would have issues. The hands don’t glow in the dark like most Fossil watches.

Impressions: I have NO idea why this is called a unisex watch; I’ve never seen a girl wear one anywhere near this big.

I have owned several watches throughout the past ten or so years. Many of them were made by Fossil and Kenneth Cole, and I always had the same problem with these watches. The face would always get scratches on it and the pin holding the band together would randomly fall out. None of these watches lasted more than nine months to a year. I have had this Citizen watch for a little over two years now, and I have never had any problems with it. The watch still looks like new. The sapphire face is virtually indestructable. My only complaint with this watch is that mine runs a little slow. For instance, after a month passes with out me adjusting my watch, it will be five minutes slow. However, I could have this adjusted if I would take the time to take it to a store to get this fixed. Overall, I would give this watch my highest reccomendation!

It’s a BIG and HEAVY watch with a hefty case, what is not a problem for me as I like big watches!
Despite of its size and weight it wears comfortable on the wrist.

The only issue, in my humble opinion, is that for a 200 Meter Pro Diver watch, instead of using a push-pull crown it should be used a screw-down crown for a water proof watch like this.

This is a GREAT-LOOKING WATCH at a reasonable price!!
